What stores can you buy from?

We can purchase from most Korean online stores including Olive Young, Musinsa, Coupang, SSG, and many more. If the store ships within Korea, we can buy from it. C2C platforms (Bunjang, secondhand markets) are not supported yet.

How long does the whole process take?

Typically 1-3 business days for us to purchase and receive your items in Korea. Then 3-14 days for international shipping depending on your chosen shipping method. Total: about 1-3 weeks.

What are your fees?

10% service fee + 8% payment processing = 18% total (minimum $10). We use the real market exchange rate with zero markup. Shipping cost is separate and charged at actual cost after weighing.

When do I pay for shipping?

Shipping is billed separately after we receive your items. We weigh your package and send you the exact cost. You approve and pay before we ship — no surprises.

Can I combine multiple items in one shipment?

Yes! We combine all your items into one package for free. This saves you money on shipping compared to ordering separately.

What about customs duties and taxes?

Import duties and taxes are determined by your country and are the buyer's responsibility. We provide accurate customs declarations (CN22/Commercial Invoice) to help smooth the process.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel and get a full refund before we purchase the items (while status is "paid"). Once we've bought the items, cancellation is no longer possible.

What items can't you ship?

We cannot ship perfumes, aerosols, lithium batteries, alcohol over 70%, or other items restricted by international shipping regulations. Our system automatically detects and blocks restricted items.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal, which supports credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal balance.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We carefully check every item before shipping. If we find any issues, we'll notify you immediately with photos and discuss options (return, replacement, or refund).
